I also love the sheer number of recipes included in this book and plan to use many of them time and again in the future.more I also wish this book had more pictures because I loooove that in a cookbook but am happy it at least has a good bit of them. Though I do appreciate that the sodium contents of most of these recipes is very low. I do wish cookbooks that include nutrition facts would also include the sugar content but I haven't seen any that do. I like how the sections are divided up, that it has a good amount of seafood included, that the nutrition facts and serving sizes are listed, that it includes a pretty good amount of full page color photos of certain recipes, and the "food notes" at the bottom of each recipe which are really helpful or informative at the least- and I enjoy any extra tips!
